Terms of use

1. Scope.

These terms apply to data that ViaFrei (Sergii Mavrov, see Imprint) provides on viafrei.de and through the MCP endpoint mcp.viafrei.de, where a source requires us to pass its conditions on to you. You accept them when you request that data by clicking the button provided for it, or when you confirm acceptance in your AI assistant. Today this concerns section 2 only.

2. Truck-parking occupancy (Toll Collect GmbH's Stellplatz-Informationsdienst).

Figures whose source line names Toll Collect GmbH's Stellplatz-Informationsdienst (SID) may be used free of charge, including commercially. You may copy them, pass them on, modify them and combine them with other data. In addition, the Toll Collect GmbH terms of use for the Stellplatz-Informationsdienst, version 1.0 of 10 April 2026 apply. Their sections 6 and 7 describe how occupancy is derived and where its accuracy ends. You agree to the following:

  1. Purpose: you use the figures only as an aid to recognising occupied parking space. They do not reliably or exactly predict whether a space is free. Your legal duties are unaffected, in particular fitness to drive and driving and rest times.
  2. No identification: you do not process the figures to identify individual vehicles or persons. This includes processing combined with other data or using artificial intelligence.
  3. Source: you name the source on every use: “Lkw-Stellplätze: Toll Collect GmbH, Stellplatz-Informationsdienst (SID) via Mobilithek”.
  4. Passing on: if you pass the figures to third parties in any form, you expressly tell them about these conditions and about the possible inaccuracy described in (e). You bind them by contract to comply with this section. Passing the figures on must not create any liability of Toll Collect GmbH towards those third parties.
  5. Notice: the figures may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date and do not claim to be complete or correct at all times. Toll Collect GmbH is not your contracting party and gives you no warranty.
  6. End: if Toll Collect GmbH restricts or forbids the use, your right ends to the same extent. At our request you delete stored figures without delay and confirm the deletion to us in text form.

3. Law.

German law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you are habitually resident remain unaffected.
