The contract every tool keeps

  • A tool does one thing and is named for it (verb_noun).
  • Every answer carries its credit line verbatim; where a licence demands a purpose note, it is there too.
  • Times are Europe/Berlin; storage is UTC.
  • Tests never call a live provider; every contribution is reviewed independently.
